All 3 units are fully occupied right now, so though we will ask tenants to keep their space clean for showings, the rooms won’t be properly staged.

I posted our Airbnb & VRBO listings with virtually staged photos before we even closed so I was able to book most of our busy season & start earning revenue right after closing.

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

Assuming your numbers are accurate, this deal has about $25k worth of profit in it after accounting for commissions, closing costs, holding costs, staging, etc.So to answer your question, yes this deal would offer a good ROI but again only IF your numbers are accurate. 

The house is about 20 minutes from the beach, we have a pool and the house was recently renovated, all we had to do was furnish and stage.

In reality, many most never pulled the trigger, so were an utter waste of time and gas. 

In the beginning stages of figuring out the best way to do this.

BUT our umbrella insurance turned out to be utterly bogus!
