In practice it was a bit of a nightmare b/c Wells charges a monthly service fee which can be side stepped if you transfer $100 back and forth between the associated savings and checking each month Wells set up the accounts and messed up the auto transfer ... money wasn't transferring and they were debiting monthly fees, etc.

You have to make sure the new lender is using same company for appraisal and old lender is willing to transfer the appraisal. 

I know of a lender who can accept this, as long as you transfer the funds into your personal bank account prior to closing 

We moved from one "no interest offer card" to another, "to no interest balance transfer"... 

Manufactured/Mobile homes cannot be transferred from one proprty to another and receive traditional financing. 

Any other ways to allow tenant to conveniently make a guaranteed funds money transfer for a FIXED amount that the LL sets and NO LESS, AND before a certain date and NO LATER??
