If you like the idea of AirBnB'ing it, then switch the property over and do that yourself.Vacation rental traffic wear down properties faster than long term guest.

I see a lot of traffic at auctions and the most recent sales have double in the final price.

Maybe someday far in the future we will see buses and 18 wheelers without drivers, but it won't be happening anytime soon, if ever.Once self driving cars become mainstream and most people have them...which will probably be another decade past when they can first be purchased...I'll be curious to see if traffic accidents go down significantly. 

This did not affect our business, as it was not contingent upon street traffic or walk-in business.The great thing about the interested party is that neither is their business!

I imagine the surrounding area could get quite congested at the start and end of the school day.  

I don't think traffic is getting any better with our growth and snow on the ground only makes it worse.

Maybe this section should just be reclassified as South Florida to increase the traffic. 

Because of flexible hours she can avoid traffic by waiting til 9am to leave for work.

No No investment is without risk.In regards to your other question if the Chipolte leaves etc. you need a broker/agent that specializes and understands the value of land,location,traffic counts,the future of development trends etc.
