Obviously i can fly in periodically for due diligence  etc  but do you guys/girls think it is a bad idea? 

If I were the seller, I could probably abide by everything except that idea and the earning money addendum.

Hi Everyone,I'm new to the forum, is there any way to filter the topics?

If you do this in the area of the home, it should give you an idea of the value for central air.  

We have ads posted on the usual (Trulia, Zillow,Craigslist,etc.) but we are interested in expanding into Google Ads, Facebook, etc. but not sure I am savvy enough right now to make that jump without help.Any ideas or resources you have used in the past?
