If they need to have an AC tech drive from 20 miles away or call a 3rd party contractor it'll cost you a lot more.So not hard just more expensive and a size that will require you to carefully select your property management company.

When VRBO was the leader VR were not visible and not as popular (maybe on purpose for quality control but I doubt it) They were a listing site not a tech company.
