Good evening everyone, my business partner and I are currently working on our accountability in writing as well as some careful planning with the structure of our LLC.

It's structurally sound. 

How should they structure the LLC?

Not that it would be the most ideal thing for most people, but if you're idea of paradise is a house overlooking a lake on farm within an hour of a major city, those are in ample supply all over the country for a fraction of California prices.I find that Denver is one of the nicest places I've been.

@Thurman Kennedy I highly recommend SAREIA is a great organization, just the right amount of structure for new investors, and value for the seasoned investors as well.  

It seems like the structure of the deal would see us acting more as a bank than anything else.  

Plus, we are under contract for 82 houses today with a structure that doesn't require a down payment.

Amazon could feed themselves with a steady supply of loans by buying the seller's home through an affiliate so as to capture their mortgage on the buy side.

If so, what is needed to structure this?
