Does this concept hold water in today's real estate market?

It's an interesting, Erector Set kind of concept.

This concept got me thinking about a rental I just acquired.

This guide is helpful and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking to take action after reading the book.Even with the help of the guide, I still struggled with the compatibility between the concept of a ONE Thing and the multidimensional aspect of our lives.

Lastly, a landlord that just quits maintaining the property is an awful person to have to work with, but hopefully they understand the concept of deferred maintenance, how expensive it is to catch back up and are willing to sell the property at a price commensurate with this neglect.Good luck!  

I like the month to month concept but I'd rather not go that route. 

Judging by your post and personal attack, I'd say you didn't get this simple concept and are not a millionaire...People don't become millionaires buying luxury cars Chief....And not everybody cares about luxury cars.

"Listsource" has been a good concept, but since it seems you may not be able to use their site to generate leads in your area.

My recommendation is to know the concepts of the loans and to rely on a good loan officer who can navigate you through all these intricacies.  

Passion is great your concept is flawed.
