Society forms much of your opportunities, if you are not lucky you need to understand how to adapt and overcome.

I believe we all started that way so let's encourage those wannabe's with good information here at BP.I have said this many times wholesaling is no different than any other business and should be treated so with honesty and integrity and doing the right thing.

I would encourage you to fully fill out your profile and include a profile picture, as that will really enhance the interaction and networking here on BiggerPockets.

BP is a great resource and there are quite a few military people on here who could benefit from your experience so I would encourage you to stick around.

You might want to talk about the possibility of them going back to a fixed lease come next september/october, or word it in such a way to encourage them to not move when it is inconvenient for you such as in the winter months.

This increase activity in the paint and encourages the off-gassing to accelerate.That said, I painted my daughter's room with 0 VOC paint and within 15 minutes you couldn't even smell that you had painted.

I would strongly encourage building a rapport with a local investor or investor aware realtor.
