I mean enough to supply a small clinic. 

As long as the foreclosures are not happening then there is going to be a restriction on supply, and as long as there is a restriction on supply of less than the demand is, home values will continue to climb.

Inventory is so low right now that even after people are comfortable to list there homes it will take months before a significant supply hits the market and we are not even talking about stimulus checks and unemployment benefits, lots of folks sitting on cash right now. 

High prices are a factor of supply and demand. 

Hey Richard,The great news about antique houses is they aren't making anymore and the supply is somewhat limited.

This has all compounded to give us super low supply, both in SF and MF. 

(ie, supply, rental market, schools, growth potential, etc).I am not finding any recent articles on the area anywhere and was just looking for some current insight/experience from anyone that has been in the market there other than Chip and Joanna Gaines.

If not have the seller supply you with the deposit. 

Quality paint can last for years if it's stored properly.If you're not sure, take it back to Sherwin-Williams and have them match it.My preference is to always use the same paint brand, sheen, and color in rentals so you always have a supply of paint on hand for touch-up.
