I'm a website developer - - You have better things to manage than a website.DON'T make the mistake of thinking that Activity is Productivity.Email, texting and things like Skype are useful and are real productivity tools.

I've developed tools along the way to simplify things and make them scalable so as I add more property it doesn't take up much additional time to keep track of the finances.

With the amount of people that have expressed interest in investing in RE with me (and I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed), I am starting to think it might be the way to go.

I think Sherpa would be a great tool for each of you.

Your tenants will not likely be able to afford it and may have difficulty getting to a store to purchase  blinds and get them home on the bus and then they probably won't have to tools and/or skills to install them.

Go to top right-hand corner search tool and type in "mentee", press enter and read legitimate experiences you could mimic.
