Things like "I'm planning on moving into the other side of this duplex in July" or  "I keep a lot of supplies in the shed, so I'll probably be back there about once/twice a month"   Those comments seem to get a lot of people to self select out.  

I'm shedding a mortgage and paying down some revolving credit lines and will be applying for a couple of personal lines of credit. 

I have dedicated outdoor shed spaces where it is convenient for them to put away their odd size outdoor things, and that is a big factor. 

No changes in terms other than the interest.I'll find out more in a few days but in the mean time, I wonder if anyone here might be able to shed some light on this type of modification. 

A good property manager will be more than worth their weight in gold. 

On larger loans you can get non-recourse and more weight is dependent on the property cash flow than your net worth.

Whats the single factor that carries the most weight...Days on market in the area, the price, etc?

If they are booking the loans as a commercial loan, compensating factors can be considered with greater weight given.

The utility of ROI, where we take the net profit and divide into the cost basis is not really the financial analysis you want to put weight on.

Attempting to evict anyone due to their weight could be considered discrimination in some states.One idea that pops into mind is perhaps if the tub area does have water damage and needs to be pulled out anyway for repairs is to perhaps install a shower with a seat instead.
