From what I have seen so far is that the overconfident investors get themselves into trouble in many cases while the grounded ones that are seasoned investors are less prone to that.

Or is there a bigger problem that’ll take time and money to fix, causing the renter who’s scheduled to move in next month to find another place to live and you to have a vacant unit to market and fill while heading into the off season/cold months?
