In the Midwest, the attic fan basically gives you 2 to 4 weeks in the spring and 2 to 4 weeks in the fall where you can run the attic fan alone, before you give up and turn on the A/C or furnace respectively.

I told him there were multiple properties that we were interested in and I thought the best way to try to get in was to meet the owners and ask them in person (may have gained a small amount of respect there).
