Is spending the money for handwritten fonts worth it? 

It's worth it; trust me.

So now we have about $90k debt on $425k worth of assets and I can't find a lender who isn't offering us outrageous terms.

A good accountant and a good broker are worth the money in the long run!

The two added inspection reports cost me $650, but it was well worth the cost to have peace of mind that I wasn’t walking into a time bomb.

If it’s a market issue, it’s worth less to you than if it’s something you can easily get filled once you own.

Even with what you said though, they'd have to be very flexible on that price to really make it worth it.
