hello,I am trying to make a deal for a 56 unit which 40 units are under renovation price they want is 850k with 100k down and would be owner financing with a land trust. i am new to real estate investing and im trying to make the right choice for my future and for future investments ill be glad to get input towards this topicThanks

What kind of financing options are there for a project of this size?

It is probably be better to hire a property management company for your rental projects so you can concentrate more on income production and headaches every time your phone rings.  

Once you complete the project you can refinance (without seasoning) for the purchase price + actual repairs done.
