@henry Montgomery iii, not sure that there's a good site for that.Good deals move fast and good wholesalers and or assignors will email any good deals they may have  to their solid regular proven buyers.Best I can suggest is get on those email lists so you can see what off market deals are out there so you can get yours.

Of course the forums a great place to learn and network and in Milwaukee there are several organizations of like minded folks that meet regularly.

It's also much easier to track what you own and oversee things on regular basis (at least if you just use one platform).

The challenge I'm trying to overcome is when I must travel for my regular job.  

It will also really help if you legitimately refer some business their way on a regular basis. 

And we're pretty confident that we will be able to handle the property management aspect.I am the family research addict so I will be here on a regular basis trying to find answers on to LLC or not, how to calculate a good deal, how to structure the deal, etc. etc. etc.Thanks for this great resource!  

Look for regular multiple scam posters who clog up the feed, by searching on their phone number and reporting each and every post till they get banned.2.
