Find a new contractor.Imagine a realtor refused to provide their real estate license number.

I have an opportunity to purchase a home around 350k from a seller I know. 

I can't find any real info on what to do with a jailed tenant other than honoring the lease until they miss a payment. 

*My husband and I are fairly new to real estate investing and are both Active Duty stationed in D.C.

And I know some real estate investors who use Cozy, and love it! 

From what we've seen, some of the best investment opportunities are currently in Puerto Rico.   

You didn't mention the time frame but if that opportunity was a few years ago they had upward pricing pressure (hence $200k high sales price) and lower interest rates bringing in more offers.
