To be honest I have a little bit of a negative view of section 8 just from what I have read and heard from others.

I’ve spent the last half a year reading the books, scanning through all of your posts and thoughtful responses, and listening to way too many podcasts.

I have read and gone through a few of the forums, I listen to the podcast daily on my way to work, and have started buying real estate books to further educate myself.

Read some of the BiggerPockets books and it will get your education and mindset going.

What can I earn analysing  deals  since I cannot have cash and I could not borrow further money, currently I am reading books , listen to bigger pocket proadcast, networking.etc 

I have been reading up on BP of course but I think this is an interesting angle seldomly talked about.

Each step is not easy for me, however, for the benefit of use the $250,000 LOC over and over, this risk is worth to take, and I need to buy and read more books, and lay out a detailed plan before putting into action.Thanks again,Yuqi

I have read that you need a contract in place first before they can consider you for a loan is this true?

I understand you guys are from flyover or the least-coast-- that does not mean you get a free pass on being arbitrarily retarded.Someone asking you to change a rule means something-- they actually read the rules.

Hi Nina,Since you're just getting your feet wet, I'd suggest reading some books and listening to the podcasts in order to get the basics down.
