What are you trying to accomplish with RE investing?

You are allowed to charge a reasonable fee to maintain the account, and with interest rates on savings accounts being so low, tenants aren't really expecting any return on their depositI've been a Manhattan-based RE broker for the last 5 years specializing in luxury and new construction condos.

I am full time into RE now (got laid off).So I have these pieces but a cohesive picture these do not make and I need some pointers.

I was hoping to get some answers on some great RE resource websites as well as software you all use.I've done research on a few, just would like to hear some opinions from people using them daily.

From an ROI perspective Oakland property has and will continue to appreciate at a rate that is much higher than out of state RE.

Long-term a San Diego SFR has a good chance to be a good investment but the smart RE investors are not purchasing them at retail and many of them are taking a loss in the short-term.Your brother-in-law likely is not so dire to sell to be willing to take significantly below retail price. 

How can I re move the buyer and purchase it myself ?
