As time moves forward, rents grow on average at a double digit appreciation rate, rapidly stepping up COC.

Recently our real estate company Pace located in {The ICR } ( Iowa City, Cedar Rapid) opened STR management division to help othere investors that don't want to be involved in the day to day and want to have the investment property more available for personal use in comparison to normal long leases.

We have seen a rapid growth in jobs and population.

At least in my area, rents have been increasing rapidly, so there is also the hope of getting additional return over time.

Because the market's climbing so rapidly, if there's what they call a buyer’s or a lender strike right now the buyers are striking they're not buying because the market is too high for them and so the pace of the buyers has slowed to around 32 where it should be higher in the 60s.
