I'm trying to see how folks might go about rapidly increasing their income while still working a full-time job, and without building a side hustle.

In a rapidly rising market, some investors will pay more in anticipation of appreciation, but I call that "gambling".  

Are you buying in areas where properties are appreciating rapidly? 

I would buy in a rapidly growing area of Ga near where I plan to retire with my wife in the long run.

Basically I would have a set amount of time to get X amount of mobile homes in and the numbers goes up in 6 month increments.
