Its purpose is to collect tax at the source, as the wages are earned, instead of collecting the tax a year after the wages were earned.I was told by a lawyer as of now: Maryland (up to now) has looked askance at series LLCs.Thanks for your comments.

There are some companies like CSC you can hire, but I was quoted $2k/year/trust which was far too expensive for my purposes.

The monetization loan is a commercial loan, so as long as the proceeds are used for business purpose, this should be an expense that offsets the income.

Once you sign (close), you are for all intents and purposes accepting conditions as they exist upon delivery/conveyance (closing).Get a couple of other HVAC opinions/estimates, and do your research before pulling the trigger.Best of luck!

So our needs make it so our minimum is 2 bed/1 bath and relatively close to a commuter rail (which I prefer anyway for investing purposes) and I certainly don't want to be living in the biggest/nicest unit on the property and eating up rental revenue.
