It's just pure capitalism at work. 

If this was a grid issue you would have a reason to complain but this appears to be purely weather related.

On street view as pure luck would have it, I could see a "for rent" sign on her building and the number was not the same one she gave me.

@Kylie Tollios some of the STR listings you’re seeing in Denver may be partially owner-occupied which is legal (you can rent out part of your as a nightly rental but not if it’s a pure investment property).

Disturbing. dodged a bullet as it were I can tell you by reading their website brings Pause they could be real but I would highly suspect they are not given that you need a license to do FHA and VA loans and they have non.. just another off shore scammer Is my pure guess.

It's not for everyone and if you decide to do a lot of work yourself, it might suck all the fun and joy out of doing your own renovations. 

Most flippers are purely investors, not designers or share any motivation beyond profit.  

I completely get the concepts but my follow through has not been pure.
