Hello, I have one property in Texas that I’ve had a property manager for since we are military and move often.

I have a background in distressed properties.

So I suppose, see if you can find out what permits had been pulled for the work done to your property. 

It could make you money so that you could buy your first investment property.

Any advice for first time buyer on where to find private money and/or a good realtor/property managers in my area of purchase.  

I have the full property tax exemption in Texas for my VA disability, but I'm trying to get clarity on the property tax exemption.

I am looking to purchase a property that falls under the minimum limit for DSCR but qualifies for a conventional loan. 

It would be nice to be able to search, for example, on properties where the mailing address differs from the property address or for properties tagged as non primary residences for targeted tired landlord marketing.

I'm thrilled to share that I've taken a big step towards my dreams and just purchased my very first Airbnb property in the beautiful town of Blue Ridge, GA! 

I do have a question about being a first-time investor, would it be better to go in as a traditional buyer, live on property while fixing?
