Are there amenities that appeal to people living there? 

Unfortunately, most people in that position don’t care about what our own personal situations are, they’re interested in their own ends.

- if everything is too cheap- if they mention more about their acquisition rather than how to maintain your property- if they only have two people in the office- they don't know how to manage property.- no bookkeeping.

I think it’s unfair to suggest I’m telling people what to do here.

I know a lot of people use formulas to figure rehab cost and potential profit, but I figure each house by using the actual numbers. 

Would you happen to know where to obtain a list of people in the beginning stages of preforeclosure?

One thing that people often overlook is that when someone may file a frivolous lawsuit or ethics complaint is that they run the risk of being sued/countersued for abuse of process.

The issue that people keep ignoring is our uncontrolled spending and debt.

People ask why if people have tons of money they still buy real estate?
