Would it have been better if I said hire out without having a clue of what he is doing.As we sit in this forum and talk about learning Real estate investing and for many in here that is not their primary business but I don’t know any small business that thrive without having knowledge of marketing in fact they spend tons of money on marketing without getting results or pay someone to learn marketing but never use it.I answered his questions I am a little lost.

Let me know what you think I would be curious to know, my goal is to be responsible of course, but not excessive and not sure where that line is.

I'm moving to a new primary residence and turning my original residence into a rental.

I'd say if a medical hub is near other stuff to do, then great, but we don't see that as the primary criteria for midterm renters.

It's all particle board garbage.Our local Ashley Furniture was running a VIP sale around Black Friday and we got 45% off a living room set for our primary.

When I buy my primary home it has to fit my PERSONAL needs.

I had 3 tankless w/h in my same primary in Ca over 5 years.

I found my new primary and now will be renting out both sides of my duplex (Starting to feel like a Real investor now :) ).
