Currently, my wife and I put $17,000 into Roth/Mutual Funds for Retirement a year(also do matched 401K contributions but I refuse to give up matching), Because the stock market is at record highs AGAIN, I am debating discontinuing these contributions for the next year or two which could easily turn into another investment downpayment.

I think most people are only familiar with stocks and bonds investing in general.

You do not necessarily want a large stock portfolio sitting in the same plan as real estate, as the latter can create liability exposure.When you say "tap my IRA for cash", that is not what is happening.   

Massachusetts has lots of traffic and the patterns are predictable but you need to know them.

Even with the lowball offers, I'm only at a 8-10% COC prediction with the typical reserves BP preaches about.

Should I just stock this money in a bank account for that specific property?
