I am curious if anyone has any contacts who are a CPA who specializes in crowdfunding - specifically a Reg A+ offering that can assist in determining entity type and provide CPA services for this whether it be a REIT, DST or a normal C corpThanks

Remember that in most places, except for the first few months last year when this all began you are allowed to evict for possession. 

You need special leases as standard ones usually say for legal purposes only.

You would need not only a attorney, but an attorney specializing in real estate transactions IN THE STATE the property is located in.

I don't pay anyone in cash, so no "special contractor discount" aka they are not paying taxes.
