I like the phrase ‘wherever you go, there you are.’

So far I’m really happy with him and often joke about how he is the first CPA I’ve met with a personality!

I guess being successful and wealthy does come at a price... you won't be able to stroll the hallways naked (although judging by some profiles i've seen, i'm not sure they should be doing that anyways LOL - joking).

I'm a lawyer, and your very phrasing of "open an LLC" tells me you need to continue to do more research and learning.

You can buy a 3 bed, 2 bath house in Baltimore for $1,000 (no joke). 

In gateway cities like NY, San Francisco or Boston, cash flow does not exist (or is a joke).

I managed to save a good chunk of money even with over 2k/mo in living expense (Chicago rent & student loans are no joke). 

It's also amazing how unsecured some of these properties are, we can go look at a property and I'll go into the backyard and my husband jokes that he half expects me to come walking out the front door...unlocked bulkhead doors, windows, back doors, etc.
