Would a a virtual call center where they help you manage and train your own dedicated caller work?

I know many middle manager types that are accredited.  

IMO, you can do a lot with Calendars, Contacts, and a Task Manager.

I’ve used evolve in the past to manage my STR’s.

Watch the cameras on check in day and count people coming in?  

Cash-flow is easier to predict and manage/control. 

Property is managed by a PM, I live out of state.

As for some of the other things people have mentioned. 

We've had success managing properties in smaller towns and keeping the occupancy high, but it's something to be aware of. 

I have a management firm that has filed the necessary paperwork and received a judgment, but it is apparently a time consuming process to then get a writ of restitution and then to schedule the sheriff to evict.
