The debtor will make $200 monthly payments until paid off. 1/3 of the $200 goes to the agency, and 2/3 goes to my account and within this 10% of 2/3 goes to PM as service fee.

The Dominican Republic can be a great place to invest but, personally, Punta Cana would be the last place I'd invest in.Two years ago, during a meeting I had at the Ministry of Tourism in Santo Domingo, one of the head honchos there clearly told me "If I were you, I wouldn't invest in Punta Cana".

@Romane DaleyYou can't borrow from an IRA; the only way to access IRA funds for personal needs is to take a distribution, which would be taxable, and penalties on top for premature distributions.

The unit, in North Miami, would be paid for all in cash since the building didn't pass the fire inspection (ie. proper exit signs, etc) and wont be approved for a mortgage (it has passed the structural inspection however).
