Also if one is reading Here PM STR "audited financial report", their actual profit loss statement is negative for all their 2022 properties, even in rural properties it is negative single digit cap rate (bought for 1.5 mil and rent for $400/night with 40% vacancy).

We have 10 B class rentals in a top high school and 10 double wides with renters in rent to own. 2 have moved through a mortgage closing are are now paying on a mortgage.It's too new for us to have any real eviction/forclosure statistics.

Another site is SocialServe, it is used in some areas exclusively by some local housing authorities.The problem is that if you look at internet usage statistics for those that would qualify for Section 8... not very promissing.
