There are free apps that help you with managing the entire process (including rent collection, maintenance requests, bookkeeping, ROI overview, and even promoting a new listing whenever you have a vacancy).

Does anybody know about roofstock and if its a good app?

 - Roompster - It’s an app for connecting roommates.- Facebook Marketplace - I just rented two rooms for one of my neighbors through here.- homes.mil - It is the military housing website, and there is a registration process, but they do give the ability to advertise just a room.  

Also, I’m thinking of using an app to collect the money since the house I bought is out-of-state.

Sometimes when I need someone to do some work I'll just Thumbtack or Home Advisor apps.

I’ve used some apps and REI calculators but I really like seeing it on paper until I’m more experienced. 

But, will have them fill out an app and deal with the eviction process if they really want to stay and show that they can respect the unit as if its there own.Much appreciated BPrs and have a great day!
