Hey question for you – I was just talking to my contractor today about eventually getting all the decks and siding replaced, and he was saying we'll probably need to get a building permit as some of the decks are attached to the main structure.

Right now I mainly have one rental properties.

After we received the water bill on 1/6/2016, We immediately close main line water  and waiting a plumber to check for water leakage.

Turn off main right after the meter.

Hi guys,I'm looking start flipping houses & buying & holding rental properties in North Orange County (Santa Ana, Anaheim, Tustin mainly) & Riverside County.I have 15 years of construction estimating & project management experience which helps with the rehab side & recently became a licensed Realtor.  

My main focus would be buy and hold to help build something of value for retirement.  

While i have never personally managed a property i did work at a company handling property management like tasks for a 186 unit development project while he was building it and got a great crash course while i was there.The main reason that I would like to do commercial is because having a rather large goal of 1000 rental units by the time that I am 40 years old which would be in 12 years from now. 

I am looking to connect with as many wholesalers in Southern Maine and Coastal New Hampshire as possible.
