If you like it then figure out where the numbers work in Jax Beach and use that (1%-1.5% or whatever), but again it is just a method to quickly determine if a property warrants a closer look.The 50% rule I would be more unyielding on.

. + a hammer + gloves + eye protectionand construction grade garbage bagsyour multitool is useful if you cut trough the grout and backerboard to break it into smaller chunks, (preferred method of tile pro's) but YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHAT IS INSIDE THE WALLS so you don't cut a pipe/drain/electric.you put the tool/chisel at 30 or 45 degree by the edge of the tile and after 2-6 hits it should come offafter the first 10-20-30 you will get in a rhythmcheck the lower edge of the backerboard for water damage. if yes, replace, they come standard in 3ft by 5ft sheetsdo you want to replace the bathtub or just refinish (everything is in the prep work)?

What a valuable team member she has become for finding and evaluating properties as well as for local contacts for building my team.We are using three types of financing options:  traditional mortgages, commercial portfolio loan with a local bank (great rate/25 yr amortization/minimal closing costs) and cash BRRR method discussed on forum.

(If so, contact a REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY in the city of the subject property to see if you can acquire the property via contract; and have the current owner 'rent to own' the property BACK from you_based on a method that you & your attorney decide.)

But, you can also batch and rank applications and process them in order of rank, as long as your ranking criteria is not unlawfully discriminatory and you are clear with all applicants that you will be accepting applications during a defined time frame and using that method.
