Congrats on the place in Denver - I can only imagine what a pain it's been waiting for the property to be built but I'm sure it will pay off (literally) once it's up and running as an STR!

The whole reason behind the home purchase was for my 8yr old step daughter who is smart as a whip and literally withering away on the vines here in the Belizean Education System. 

If it's local, you can literally talk to people around, if it's out of state, you can call local agents to get more confidence in your estimate. 

Speaker at a conference recently said by not using it for 5 years, she literally left a million dollars on the table. 

They will literally put the machines for you and run them including maintaining them and the split is 50/50 most of the time.

Because of that, there's plenty of lots out there that have literally no value.
