I recommend linking up with someone in your area that deals with foreclosures and seeking their guidance.

@Kyle Kratzer if you read the link you posted it states that not all housing agencies allow this, so I would think your first step is to read the entire link provided, if you haven't,  then call your case worker and ask if they allow home purchases.
