I was interested in this type of deal because being I am well rounded in construction for me seem to be a good first time investment.

@Gina Ventimiglia, since any type of property can be sold and 1031 exchanged you're going to want to market this everwhere anyway. 

Srinivas,Looks like you are in Texas I know El Paso has some good cash flow rental prospects.
