If that does not give you the answers, hire a GC or Foundation Company to take a look.Ask the seller for the SOW on the remodel, see if they will share.

although to fall to 592 I would have to think you have some lates or something.. but anyway.this is why HML exist in the first place or PML they are both the same. once you get this straightened out you may want to consider using those company for your debt if your going to refi and keep these.

Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.

First time poster here and new investor, appreciating any advice in this new and scary world.My project, a conversion of a single family unit to a multi-family unit, is delayed by about 5 months. 2 months of the delay is due to my mortgage company.My original mortgage company transferred the mortgage to a different mortgage company early on, and did not give me the required 15/30 day notice.
