I think you made a good move to be involved in buying and possibly selling apartment complexes.One important thing thing you should do is to listen to Grant Cardone on YouTube if you do not already do that.

I didn’t realize it could be that involved .

Looking to get involved with either multi famil ( apartment) or commercial rental property.  

As a result it's often a rather time consuming process for me to type up a response to someone's forum post...and as you said we're all busy and I sadly just don't make my time on BP as much of a priority as maybe I should.Thing brings me to my third point...the majority of the threads where I do comment, are around the key words that I follow.

Wonder what they would do if I just sent my own Warranty Deed up there, but on the other hand, THEIR paperwork might have certain protections in it, but then again, maybe protections for THEM, not necessarily all parties involved. not really sure 

A lot of people have that much debt on their primary residence.I’d say pick up 2-3 more with mortgages then start paying them down.OR if you want the higher level of involvement, build cash to start using the BRRR strategy.

What's the bet that you're paying a much higher interest rate on that car loan (for what is essentially a consumable item) than if you'd bought it with proceeds from a HELOC on a property that you (could have) wisely bought first?
