I am a current actual user of CallText.com.The power it promises is game-changing and I think eventually I'll be able to get there, but so far the first couple weeks have been technology challenges.

This also assumes that everyone, regardless of social-econominal status would have access to technology in ways that would make paper itself obsolete.

Honestly, technology has progressed to the point where we really don't need to do this anymore.

With modern technology, it is essentially not needed. 

Creating the listings are challenging, technology doesn't always make sense or work the way you would like.There are no metrics for your ad being clicked on.  

Since the NAR Sitzer-Burnett lawsuit settlement, I expect that innovative brokerages will start offering flat fee buyer services.
