Lithium battery EV is a dead technology.

I, too, used to be against cordless tools, but think that the battery technology has come so far that cordless are the way to go (especially if you don’t have electricity near).

The technology is getting a lot better. 

Property 3: Newly built in Nov. 2012, 0 down VA loan, 3.25% at 30 years, purchase at 122,400. currently around 105k balance. very minimal repairs on this home, have also not had to repaint (it has flat paint too and is on the third tenant) and no carpet changes either.

What I'm looking for is not criticism of the people, but innovative ideas about how to provide housing for people without going broke.
