(unless someone is paying you to do those things and you're not receiving a fee for the sale of the property) I recently asked two lawyers if I needed to be licensed to wholesale properties - they basically said yes and pointed me to the dos.ny.gov website. 

I'm sorry to say, it sounds like the lawyer you spoke with didn't know enough about wholesaling to counsel you reliably.

hello all, I was wondering if any of you knew a good eviction lawyer that is not over priced and will get the job done.

I am not a lawyer myself so I have to be very careful not to give legal advise.  

I will have a lawyer review my purchase sale agreement.

I became a lawyer and she works in market research after completing a master's degree in industrial organization psychology. 

I also learned from my partner and lawyer that since the LLC is filed under my home address now a portion of my mortgage payments and utility payments are a tax deduction.

I'm not a lawyer, but I know for sure that the property does not have to be in the same state as the LLC. 

Just do it yourself unless you have a lot of money then make it a lawyer or your property manager.
