Not sure what your summer weather is like, but could be another good selling point for your apartments!

We're full swing into the holidays and at a time of year when doing a turnover tends to be more difficult, especially in cold weather states such as yours.

And weathered the last recession amazingly well.  

@Wes BlackwellThat is a very interesting point that you made on population density, that never occured to me....LolWhile I am not entirely sold on only 3 sales, I got caught up in a big snow storm coming back from Tahoe on Wednesday, and I am now having 2nd thoughts about the area just simply because the weather....

While it was out I provided electric heaters for the tenant to use, and the unusually warm weather we've enjoyed lately, and the apartment's location surrounded by other heated apartments, meant it was still habitable during the furnace outage, albeit cooler than normal.  

I do like the Chicago market a lot and I think that the weather and our misunderstood crime stats keep a lot of people away, which is good.

People didn't like them and I heard the cold weather was a factor.

Part of me which is pissed wants to charge a lot because spending hours in 95 degree weather is not my idea of a good time but i know i need to be fair.

I may have sounded a bit harsh, but geeez, thoughts get pretty wild here. :)
