I see all mentions made of me -- I just don't respond to them all or I wouldn't get any work done, @Benjamin Cowles.The only case where mentions won't work as intended is on some Apple mobile devices via browser where we turned them off due to some technical issues.  

Property is a mobile home on a rented lot.

Has anyone ever used a data list company for mailing mobile home owners about purchasing there property? 

In my Virginia rental, that's not an issue, but they've added elderly to theirs, so I have to be careful (like can't tell an elderly person with obvious mobility issues that I'd rather they not rent my townhouse with only second floor bedrooms.)  

There is no design knowledge being gained there unless you're doing mobile homes. :-)

I was out looking at a mobile home a few weeks back and I was trying to find the sticker with the VIN# to match/verify the title owner showed me.

I talked with one tonight - we went over commission, office fee and start up fees.Doesn't seem to unreasonable - small monthly office fee, lots of training - (looks like I could have some sort of training every day of the week), mentoring, decent split (less your first year, but can quickly get to 100% if you are producing).Office fee included Central Showing System, E/O, advertising (something about protecting the agents leads online, little fuzzy on that), phone forwarding, email, copies, mobile app, website - not sure what else. 

We are in Baldwin, Mobile, and Tuscaloosa Counties.
