My credit score is excellent and I pull in around 70k gross (rental $ on first property included) but my husband’s score is just okay so not sure if I should add him to loan applications?

After about 75 leads sourced from several third party sources, 3 actual rental tours, and 3 serious applications, I finally approved an applicant 30 days later (on Dec. 2nd) that met all of my expectations -- fair-to-good credit, monthly gross income of at least 2.5 times the rental rate, no evictions, at least a two-year work history, and no history of major criminal background -- careful with that one!

A 3 unit of 1 bed apartment will gross the same as a duplex with 3 or 4 bed units.
