I am a local business owner and recent High School graduate.

At the time I graduated with a degree in econ, it wasn’t like now with 75 schools offering graduate degrees in real estate in the U.S. alone.  

I grew up very close to the Toledo/Maumee area and my wife graduated from UT so very awesome to hear stories of relatively local success.

As most are in college or just graduated and don't have a long history.

I know that's a bit south of what you are looking at but there is opportunity.I like the Point breeze area, but only far north near Graduate Hospital.

That's like a 2500 sq ft house for $450k which is more in line with new construction in Graduate Hospital and Fishtown.

Also local grocery stores etc.As a young professional, I just previously graduated from college last year and I’ve been working towards and saving for my 1st investment property (ideally a duplex).
