My 12-unit Condo Association doesn't have any mention of a fee schedule in the bylaws.

And crime is another issue in those Class C areas, stolen brand new AC unit, attempted break in of another home (not rented out yet) - alarm noise scared intruder away.1) Out of state investing is far more difficult than it looks.

Per our agent, rent is ~ $1500 for one unit and ~ $1700 for another.

When the contract began in 2023 we were able to stay in 1/2 of that property and listed the other unit on Furnished Finder (unfortunately, no one actually rented the other unit).
