Multi family prices have been driven up to levels that certainly don't work for me but also don't seem  to account for the risk people are  taking.

They have worked for me in the past with technology as I worked in the Silicon Valley my whole career before Real Estate.

After doing some calculations myself, the numbers aren't that far off for me.

I see funneling income in this way as a form of paying yourself first and the bank last.

I have a VA who skip traces for me, but I do it in bulk.
