Some attorneys at larger firms will prepare these but they will charge quite a bit and may not have the experience you are looking for.

Our property management company is a longtime firm there, and they seem to e doing everything by the book.

Anyone have a firm they like and have had good experience with?  

In some ways the answer to this question is limitless with real estate and new construction making up such a sizeable part of the economy.But just to rattle off some others that I didn't see mentioned, you could find jobs at:- Architectural firms- Staging companies (i.e. stage sample houses with furniture for builders or houses for sale).- Government administration especially related to zoning and land development- Mortgage companies or working as a loan officer- Title insurance companiesYou may also get some ideas from looking at the vendors who frequent your local REIA.

I believe many in the BP community, myself included, firmly stand by "cash flow as the king" while appreciation is looked down upon.

Why not go into Providence or Boston (assuming you live in Pawtucket) and get a job with one of the major accounting firms which would probably start around $70k vs building up to it plus get you benefits and a more regular schedule?

Does it come from talking and networking with local realtors and other investors, shadowing or working in an investment firm?
