Also the sod got laid the day we closed and I spent around $400 on hoses, sprinklers and timers to keep the water up (it's a 90 minute round trip and don't have the time to make it every other day). 

This is one of my favorite aspects of the self storage business, how much operational upside there is, and how low the adoption of technology has been by the mom and pops.

We offer insurance for trip cancellation for any reason.

The fact that you can find an investor for a property you already own is pretty rad, I think.Anyway, you can take this money and buy a new car or do renovations or buy another property (I'm sure that's the BP favorite), but I have a stiff one for getting out of debt, so here's what I was thinking.
